We made an offer on the house today. We are all excited, but nervous! I woke up at 3:30 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep, just thinking about it and worrying.
We'll know by 7 pm on Saturday evening whether they accept our offer.

Great!!! Sure hope everything goes smooth for you!! Does 'your' house have a webpage? I would love to see it. Nothing cuter than a well fixed up bungalow (in my not so humble opinion!)
