Interesting. I'd have thought of apple rather than pear... Looks tasty though... and this would go good with my pear and avocado salad in mustard vinaigrette.
Nope, it's pear. I got the idea from a salad recipe that had the same ingredients. It was good, though I don't think the pears were nearly as tasty as possible....I'd like to try it again when I have better pears.
