Pascha Bread Picture

I forgot to take a picture of it when it was done, BEFORE we dug into it, but here's one of it half eaten. :-) I also made a couple of mini breads in little custard cups to give away, and they turned out really cute. Next year I'll make more, because of course as soon as I decided who I was going to give them away to I thought of a ton more people I wanted to give some to.

Lizzie used your recipe, and it was really yummy! Thank you for sharing. It kind of felt like we were celebrating with you!

Katherine made this bread (middle child), and made also the cheese spread. She substituted dried cranberries for the raisins. We ate it when we came home from church.....more like we inhaled it.
We had it the next day for breakfast, along with our sausage, bacon, and ham omlet stuff. It was the hit of the day:)
Thank you so much for sharing.
I, like Mimi, felt like we were sharing with you!!!

Cool! Now I feel like we were also celebrating with you! Which, of course, we were! All of the Orthodox world is celebrating the Resurrection together!

thanks so much for all the boston advice. i've filed away your suggestions in our new "boston" file. Also, we'd love to have you for a visit. After looking at rent prices (GULP!) I can't promise that our apartment would be very big, but you would be more than welcome to stay with us. It would be great to meet you all in person.
